Kristinia Debarge is an American R & B singer. She is a third generation singer of the DeBarge family who have a long history of musicians in the family. In 2003, she competed on ‘American Juniors’ which was a spin-off of the hit television program ‘American Idol’. She managed to make it to the semi-finals but did not manage to qualify in the final round of ten contestants. She had worked with Kenneth ‘Babyface’ Edmonds on her music career until her 19th birthday when she signed with Sodapop Records which was a brand new sub-division of Island Def Jam Records. DeBarge’s debut single ‘Goodbye’ reached #15 on the Billboard Top 100 while her second single ‘Sabotage’ will be released shortly. In order to promote the album, Kristinia will be the opening act on the upcoming Britney Spears tour called ‘The Circus – Starring Britney Spears’. Her debut album, Exposed, is in stores now.
