OneRepublic is an American alternative rock band formed in Colorado. They have a large online following with them consistently being ranked among the top musical acts on the social networking site MySpace. The band was started by writer/producer Ryan Tedder and his high school friend Zach Filkins in Colorado Springs. They are currently finishing their self-titled debut album which will be released in late 2007 under Interscope Records/Mosley Music Group. You can currently listen to the group on music producer Timberland’s hit album ‘Shock Value’ with a remix of their song entitled ‘Apologize’ being featured on the album as well as their debut album in 2007.
