Tamar is a professional fitness model, an NPC Figure competitor, an author on bodybuilding.com. She currently holds a Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice and plans to get her real estate’s license one day. Her biography states that she is an avid lover of dogs ,especially American Staffordshire Terriers and American PitBull Terriers for whom she is trying to help save from American legislation banning that breed of dog. Her business, Tamar Fitness Group, LLC is all about health, fitness and training, and also is the promoter of Oxygenfit Fitness products. She placed 8th at the 2007 NPC Southern States in Fort Lauderdale, FL. She plans on competing at the 2008 NPC Shannon Dey Fitness and Figure Classic in Panana City and the 2008 NPC Southern States competitions. She would also like to compete in the Figure Division of Fitness America and the Muscle Model/Bikini Model at a FAME event in 2008.
